Brief
The palliative-medicine practice of Dr. med. Matthias Thöns in Witten already had a website that had aged. The goal was a presence that builds trust, conveys a sensitive and advice-heavy subject clearly and with dignity, and gets found reliably on Google.
Approach
A complete redesign and relaunch: bespoke design instead of a template, an easy-to-maintain CMS the practice uses to update news and publications itself, and technical SEO from the ground up, with a clean structure, very fast load times and structured data.
Result
Live since June 2026, load times and Core Web Vitals in the green. The practice maintains its own content and is visible on Google for its core topics. Its visibility is looked after on an ongoing basis.
